Managed services and 24x7 help desk
Managed IT Services
For organizations whose provider is slow to respond, who have no internal team to run what was built, or whose leaders want a roadmap.
We fix the biggest risks first, then settle into steady state. Each month you get a report.

Which service do you need?
The day-to-day running of the systems our other five areas design, move, and secure as projects.
- 01Support
24x7 Help Desk
Around the clock or in business hours, with ticketing that fits your tools.
- 02Maintain
Monitoring, Patching, and Change
Servers, storage, network devices, and cloud watched so problems are found before users report them, and patching on a schedule.
- 03Protect
Managed Security
Defender, MFA, and Secure Score run day to day, with a 24x7 SOC through a partner.
- 04Run
Managed Azure and Microsoft 365
Cloud operations, cost, and licensing, including AI workloads.
- 05Recover
Managed Backup and Recovery
Backups run and checked, and recovery plans tested rather than assumed.
- 06Plan
Hardware Lifecycle and IT Roadmap
Hardware specified, tracked, and replaced on a schedule, with a technology roadmap that keeps spending planned.
Questions we get
Do we need all six managed services?
No. Each of the six, from the help desk to hardware lifecycle, can be bought on its own or together. Agreement length and terms are negotiable and set in the proposal: most run 3–5 years, and the shortest is typically one year.
Do we need the 24x7 desk or a business-hours desk?
It depends on when your people work and what can wait until morning. The 24x7 desk answers calls at any hour, with a coverage floor for each hour. The business-hours desk covers the working day in your time zone, with emergencies escalated by phone after hours. The same tiers of engineers sit behind both.
What do you report each month?
Calls answered and first-contact resolution first, then uptime and incidents, patch compliance, Secure Score, security alerts closed, and roadmap progress. We agree with you at the start on what the report includes.
Which service covers hardware and licensing?
Two of them. Hardware Lifecycle and IT Roadmap specifies hardware, gets it quoted, coordinates the purchase, and tracks each asset through its lifecycle. Managed Azure and Microsoft 365 reviews licenses each month and reclaims them from leavers and unused add-ons.
Will our internal IT team be replaced?
It doesn’t have to be. We can run the whole environment or work alongside your internal team in a co-managed model, and we train internal staff as part of the roadmap.
