Privacy policy
Plain language, because that’s how we’d want to read it. This page explains what this website collects, what it doesn’t, and what we do with anything you send us.

Who we are
Preeminent Solutions, Inc. (“Preeminent,” “we,” “us”) is a New York-based IT consulting and systems integration firm. Our office is at 1225 Franklin Avenue, Suite 325, Garden City, NY 11530. For anything about this policy, email info@preeminentsolutions.com or call (516) 240-8079.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, organization, and, if you add one, a short message. The form also records which page of this site you came from, so we know which pages help people find us. If you email or call us instead, we receive whatever you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the host keeps standard access logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the time of the visit. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
What we don’t collect. This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or retargeting pixels, and it sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. We don’t buy data about you from anyone. Because the site doesn’t track you, a browser’s Do Not Track signal has nothing to turn off.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and, if you ask, to set up a conversation about your project. We don’t add you to a newsletter or an automated email sequence, and we don’t sell or rent your information.
Who else sees it
- Form delivery. The contact form goes through our own Microsoft 365 environment: Microsoft Power Automate passes your message to our inbox, and no outside form service sees it. Microsoft’s handling is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Hosting. The company that hosts the site keeps the access logs described above.
- Microsoft news. Headlines on this site link to Microsoft’s own blogs. Your browser contacts Microsoft only if you open one of those links.
We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages you send stay in our email system while we’re in a conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can browse this site without giving us anything. To see, correct, or delete information you’ve sent us, email info@preeminentsolutions.com. If you’re somewhere with specific privacy rights, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, those rights apply and we’ll honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses and institutions. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, for example by adding analytics, we’ll update this page and the effective date.
