For organizations whose cloud bill keeps growing and where no one owns Azure or Microsoft 365 day to day.
We run your Azure and Microsoft 365 tenants day to day, from identity and licensing to servers in Azure and the AI workloads in production. Costs and licenses are reviewed each month.
We administer identity and Microsoft 365, run Azure and the AI workloads and agents in production, and review the cost of all of it each month.

Questions we get
Do you need to own our Azure subscription?
No. You own the subscriptions, licenses, network, firewall, and DNS. We work with the admin roles the service needs, including support roles that let us open cases with Microsoft on your behalf.
What is in scope day to day?
Entra ID, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration, servers and storage in Azure, and backup job monitoring (restore testing and recovery are Managed Backup and Recovery). New deployments, migrations, and Defender rollouts are projects, scoped separately.
How do you keep the cloud bill down?
A monthly review of Azure consumption and Microsoft 365 licenses: idle resources removed, machines right-sized, reservations where usage is steady, and licenses reclaimed from leavers. The report shows what changed.
Can you run Teams Phone too?
Yes. Day-to-day Teams Phone operations, including number changes, call-queue updates, and emergency-location upkeep, can be part of the service.
What changes the size of a Managed Azure and Microsoft 365 agreement?
Mostly how many users and tenants are in scope and how many servers and workloads run in Azure. Adding Teams Phone or AI workloads changes it, as does whether we work alone or alongside your team.
Will our internal IT team be replaced?
It doesn’t have to be. We can run the tenants on our own or provide Tier 3 support behind your team, and we train your staff as systems change.
Can we buy this on its own?
Yes. Managed Azure and Microsoft 365 can be bought on its own or with the rest of Managed IT Services, and agreement terms are negotiable. Teams Phone operations and AI workloads can be added to it or left out.
