This site describes what we do and what we have delivered for other organizations. It is general information, not technical, legal, security, or professional advice for your situation. Nothing on this site is a quote, a proposal, or an offer to contract, and contacting us does not create an engagement. Our work begins when we both sign a statement of work, and that document governs it.

The figures in our stories are what we delivered for those clients in their environments. They are evidence of our record, not a prediction of your result.

Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other product names are trademarks of their owners. Client names indicate real business relationships and do not mean those organizations endorse us. Headlines in our Microsoft news section are Microsoft’s and link to Microsoft’s sites, which we don’t control.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. Product names, service descriptions, and platform capabilities change, and a page may lag behind.

Limits on what we owe you

To the extent the law allows, Preeminent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for work we deliver is addressed in the agreement covering that work.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
