Power Platform

For organizations where approvals still move by email and reports are rebuilt by hand in spreadsheets.

We set the rules first: who can build, in which environments, with which data. Then we get work out of email chains and spreadsheets with flows in Power Automate, apps in Power Apps, and reports in Power BI.

How we help

Governance and inventory sets the rules for what already runs. Then we build new apps and flows within them, with Power BI reports on what they process.

Governance and inventory

Estimated 2–3 weeks

Apps, flows, and reports inventoried with owners, environments and data loss prevention policies set, and a request path for makers.

What you get

  • Inventory of apps, flows, and reports with owners
  • Keep, rebuild, or retire disposition for each
  • Environments, connectors, and data loss prevention policies
  • Maker guidance and a request path
  • Copilot Studio agents included, under the agent rules set in AI Governance

Best for

Flows and apps nobody knows about until they break.

See AI Governance for agent rules

Apps and flows

Approvals stuck in email rebuilt as flows with a record, and Power Apps for lists that outgrew spreadsheets.

What you get

  • Process mapped with the people who run it
  • Flows with approvals, notifications, and a log
  • Connections to SharePoint, Teams, and your line-of-business systems
  • Canvas apps on SharePoint or Dataverse, and model-driven apps on Dataverse
  • Owners trained to maintain what was built
  • Copilot Studio agents on the same flows, built under Copilot Adoption and Agents

Best for

An approval that takes a week because it lives in someone’s inbox, and forms that outgrew the spreadsheet.

Reports and dashboards in Power BI

Reports for the apps and flows we build, and support for your Power BI Report Server. Semantic models, row-level security, and reporting across the business sit with Data Platform and Microsoft Fabric.

What you get

  • Reports on what our apps and flows process
  • Report Server supported or migrated
  • Dashboards by department, with owners

Best for

Apps and flows in daily use, with no report yet on what they process.

Questions we get

Do we need Dataverse?

Not for a first app. Many start on SharePoint lists and move to Dataverse when relationships, security roles, or volume need it. Dataverse needs premium Power Apps licenses and SharePoint lists don’t, so the choice also changes licensing. The Assess phase says which, per app.

Can our own people build apps and flows?

Yes, and they probably already do. The rules set the limits: environments, data loss prevention policies, a request path, and guidance for makers. We build the first apps and flows with your people so they can maintain them.

What happens to flows and apps in a merger?

They are inventoried with their owners and given a disposition: keep, rebuild, or retire. Teams-connected apps, flows, and agents do not move between tenants cleanly, so rebuilding is planned, not discovered.

What changes the size of a Power Platform project?

Mostly how many processes move and which systems they connect to. Whether Dataverse is needed, and how many makers you want to enable, add to it.

App, flow, or agent?

The process decides. Structured data entry becomes an app, a hand-off with approvals becomes a flow, a question people ask in different words becomes an agent, and some processes should be fixed before any of them. We say which.

Talk to us about Power Platform

It starts with a 60-minute call. If we need more to scope it, a short questionnaire follows. Then a written proposal and statement of work. Once you approve, we begin with the Assess phase.
